Recipe for logaymat:
Ingredients: 1 cup sinless cake flour mix – half teaspoon baking powder – half teaspoon baking soda – ¼ cup yogurt – pinch of salt (for a vegan option don’t put the yogurt)
Preparation: mix all ingredients together and let chill for one hour pre-heat oil and fry them and directly dip them in sugar syrup
Recipe for vanilla cake:
Ingredients: 5 eggs- 1 cup of sugar – 1 cup of butter – 1 cup of sinless cake flour mix - 1 teaspoon baking powder – ¼ teaspoon salt – one teaspoon of vanilla.
Preparation: melt one cup of butter than whisk 5 eggs with one cup of sugar, sieve 1 cup of sinless cake flour mix with 1 teaspoon of baking powder and ¼ teaspoon of salt and one tablespoon vanilla liquid add them to the batter and fold gently till its incorporated. Pour the batter in a pan of 30 cm and bake at 180 °C for 45-50 minutes.
