The Entrecôte sauce by La Baguette de l’Entrecôte
- Ingredients: Butter, herbs, spices
- Allergic Ingredients: Fish, mustard, nuts
- Storage: 1 month in the fridge, 6 months in the freezer
- Heating Instructions: Heat the sauce in a bain marie: Put the sauce in a bowl and place over hot water on low heat. Keep stirring until it melts. Remove from heat and serve warm.

If over-heated or left to boil, the sauce will break.
