Preparation Information
Organic Ragi whole is widely used in India. Ragi is a rich source of fiber, protein, and calcium for their nutritional value and also for being nonfattening. Method Soak ragi for 30 minutes before dry roasting it. In a pan on medium flame heat oil add the chopped 1 large onion and fry until they turn pink. Pour in about 2 and a half cups of water, and salt to taste, and bring to a boil. Reduced the flame and cook for another 3 minutes. Garnished with coriander leaves and serve hot.
